BE CAREFUL OF UBER EATS - ORDER NOT RECEIVED - NO REFUND!

I made an order last night around 20h40 from McDonald's Cosmo City. The first driver said he had arrived and I immediately sent our access code. He suddenly cancelled and I was transferred to another driver called Mengezi. I waited another 20minutes and he responded saying he is new and does not know the area. I sent him the name of our estate again. He disappeared and took a picture with our food in the middle of the street. I tried to contact Uber Support which is useless because there is no number to contact but I left my issue nonetheless. We ended up driving out to McDonalds Cosmo City to complain and they told us they know the driver and there is nothing they can do to help us. This morning Uber Eats is defending their driver saying he followed policy which is a lie because I tried to assist him by giving him the name of our home, he never delivered our food and he never made it to our home. Uber Eats stated that I was not eligible for refund. I am DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER SUPPORT UBER EATS AGAIN! UBER EATS IS A ****, they will take your money and give HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
