BE CAREFUL OF UBER EATS - DID THE DRIVER OPEN MY PACKET?

I placed an order from Nandos Sandton City tonight via Uber Eats ORDER: #A8AE3.

When my order arrived, the packet was fully torn open, there was a human hair on the inner side of the packaging and a hair on the outer packaging of the wrap package going inside touching the wrap itself.

I am absolutely horrified at what has transpired here - not only that I receive an open packet but 2 HUMAN HAIRS delivered by Nandos - ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES!!

I have no idea if anything can be done to resolve this unacceptable matter, especially considering that this could’ve been a fatal health risk!
