Basically *****s money, refusing refund when they are at fault

Uber pinned the incorrect location whilst I entered the correct address. When the driver contacted me he said I must pay him extra to deliver the food when I already paid for the food, delivery and the fault was with Uber and the system. They in effect stole my money saying it doesn’t qualify for a refund when they were at fault.
