Bade experience from Uber

On the 24th of November 2023 myself and my wife made orders from Uber eats and all 3 orders was never delivered, however they have dedicated the funds from our bank accounts.

Until today none of our funds was reversed back to our accounts and we rather paid for 3 meals without getting those meals

I’m very upset because they could have cancelled rather and reversed our funds yet they did not.
