Bad, Wow! No CS!!!!

How is it possible that you pay for an order using your card and these people refund you in the format of a gift card. You took my money so pay it back to me like I paid you. I have never heard of such ******* in my life. I have been employed in customer service for 5 years and if a customer made a purchase and it was incorrect/faulty you exchange or refund but you refund the way the customer purchased. You don't just do your own thing and say there is nothing else that can be done. You guys will lose customers like this. You don't get to decide for the customer, you taking away their right of choice. When you work in CS, you give the customer options. I don't want an Uber Gift Card. Pay back my money like you received it!
