Bad unprofessional ****mers. Uber eats is the worst

On the 15th of November 19:43 I placed an order of Mac Donald’s Howard Center pinelands through Uber eats. The delivery guy Egide did not deliver my food. He claims to have called me and waited 10 minutes for me that time he didn’t I was working a night shift I’m diabetic waiting for food I was shivering at work. I waited for him outside with the security guy he just buzzed me and never pitched. He sent a picture of the food in the bag and Mac D and Uber eats says he delivered I don’t know how that is proof he should have sent a picture outside my work. They deducted 117.60 for the meal and Uber eats R50 for the delivery fee The drive is like 5 minutes to my place. Complained on Uber eats they said the driver followed the right policy I don’t know what policy is that when no one delivered Uber eats I rate 0 and something below 0 as for the guy I wish I can open a case with the police against him. My sugar levels decreased almost died and not to mention that I logged off at work and lost my money because I was busy calling this guy and looking for him.🤦🏽♀️
