Bad ubereats service with Milly Mokgadi

UberEats. I ordered my food at 20:08 my food was meant to arrive at 21:10. Unfortunately I got my food at 21:45 that’s almost two hours of me waiting for food. This is problem as my last order was not full filled.

2nd my order was scheduled to be delivered by Patrick, then it changed to Milly Mokgadi. I’m after getting a message saying she’s here, I tried calling asking if she got the code to enter the estate and it didn’t go through I tried another 3 times because she could here me but I couldn’t hear her. Gave her specific instructions with codes to enter the estate.

On my 5th try I called trying to find out if she managed gave me attitude on the phone saying I was rude to her on the call? Now I’m shocked because all I was trying g to do was to get the delivery into the estate. She gave me attitude and dismissed me on the phone when I opened my door I even said I’m sorry if there’s has been some Confusion but I was never rude to you she just looked at me and pointed at the food with her eyes not saying anything to me.

This very treatment I do not appreciate! If she’s certain about me being rude, then I urge you to pick up the recording of the call and listen to it every single word of the 5 calls I’ve that I made to her! The is really unprofessional. If I was in the wrong, I’d happily apologise again but to be treated as such and expect a tip? No man this is nonsense service
