Bad UberEats service

I ordered food on the UberEats and the driver said he had arrived only to be at the wrong location . We where talking so that can arrive exactly at the address on the app but all of a sudden he stopped talking and the order was "completed". What is worse is he took a photo of my food at some dark paving as prof that he delivered. My order was never delivered but the photo of a paving is proof of delivery? This is not my first disappointment. Please do better UberEats. And by the way both Uber and UberEats get drivers lost and take weird direction before getting to the customer...I even told the delivery guy that he is getting lost but he is probably somewhere eating my dinner because where he was waiting for me was not even a residential place nor was there a gate!!
