Bad UberEats Service

I ordered food tonight through UberEats and after 45 minutes the delivery partner contacted me via text saying he refuse to deliver my food. When I tried calling him, he dropped my calls a few times until I demanded that he answer my call. He then insisted I meet him somewhere to collect my food. What is the purpose of using a service like UberEats if I anyway have to drive after my food? I then contacted customer service, and this was just as much a waste of time and didn't resolve anything. The customer service agent then informed me the delivery partner cancelled my order. I am so very disappointed in the service and will never make use of UberEats again.
