Bad Uber Driver

I am disgusted by the Uber Driver named Shabani who picked up my order (28E2C) from KFC Malboro Gardens on the 26/12/2020 and ran with it. I saw him on the app and when I got out he went passed me and when I tried to stop him he stopped at a wrong address and even when I yelled out at him he just took off and I got a receipt notification then went to the branch to query I had to wait for longer than hour thinking the guy will come for other orders and he didn't pitch.

Can you help taking guys like this out of your service and can you compensate me for the inconvenience and fare to get to the branch even after refunding the cost for my order.
