Bad services as usual from uber eats

I ordered food from Nandos , via uber eats and the driver who was suppose to deliver the order by the name of Zabian did not show up to deliver my order and this is after he blocked my number after sending him my location, as a result I paid for an order that I didn’t receive and now I’m bei my told that I will get my refund within 5 days
