Bad services!

Uber Eats is taking our money. The drivers they no longer call you to say they are outside and they say they delivered the food and Uber Eats does not want to give refund or the opportunity to go take your food. Yesterday I bought food and the driver came to my address after a while I have been waiting, he did not call me or text me to say my food was outside. Even the Uber assist did not call me, I then called the restaurant to go and pickup my food and the manager at the restaurant said no they can’t give me my food. I have already paid for the food and no one is assisting me at UberEats.
