bad service with McDonalds phoenix plaza and Uber eats

I order via uber eats and did not receive my complete order my milkshakes did not get sent i called into the mc donalds phoenix plaza they said that the driver off uber eats came back and fetch my milkshakes however i never recieved it . I also reported on uber eats app which is off no assistance at all but by that time i had already paid the driver in full for the order .... drivers name was orest so upset with this because the store received full payment for my order and the driver got away with money and my milkshakes ... i have been ****** by mc donalds and uber eats ... also when i called in to mcdonalds phoenix plaza there was such bad service i held on the line for quite some time in order for the manager to get on the line ... i will be reporting on all social networks and guys please be aware of the driver his name is Orest if any1 with FEEDBACK should contact me on *** nisa
