Bad service with bad drivers

This is the worst service and company to deal with concerning undelivered food. I ordered a meal at exactly 21:58..I communicated with the driver to let him know I will meet him outside, I tried calling no answer ,he Parked 2min away from the stop I couldn't see him anywhere and asked him to reverse nothing happened , then it showed on the app delivery completed. No food,No money , hungry and I've been sending ubereats messages and called them twice to ask about what's happening the rep**** 4 times I'm not eligible for a refund, driver claimed he left the food outside but I was there and there was no food, they refuse to refund me cause the driver waited 8min according to them and tried to contact me yet they can't see the messages I sent... Sick of this nonsense , my bank acc gets charged on rides I know nothing about ..... Uber sucks and it is getting worse by the day
