Bad service waited 2 hours for food

Ordered food from debornairs with uber eats. 1st uber driver cancelled, 2nd uber driver said he was there waiting on the order. When we called the restaurant they said there was no uber drivers there and our order was complete. This is completely ridiculous. We have been waiting over an hour for food. And the help option in the uber app is ridiculous.
