Bad service. Ubereats

I placed an order and mistakenly forgot to change from my home address to my work address and I couldn't change the address because the order was already placed I immediately contacted the driver to ask them to deliver to my work address since it's not far from the store. The driver agreed and asked me to send my location which I did but he still went and left my food on the street not even with the security at the gate where I stay. I want a refund and they're telling me I can't get a refund because the driver was struggling to get reach of me which is a lie because I was communicating with the driver the whole time and he ended up not taking my calls. I'm so livid. I'm hungry and my food is on the street somewhere and money has been deducted from my account
