Bad Service UberEat

I have ordered at kfc valhalla and i was communicating with the driver that he should drop my food at my work place which is in Valhalla. The driver decided to drop the food where he likes and when i called him was so rude and told me to fu..k off.

I have tried to complain on the app and it was not user friendly. what makes me angry is that this guys is always rude and we have complained about him but he still delivers our food. WHY?

Can i please have my money back as i didn't get my food and didn't eat the whole day as i was scared tp loose more money
