Bad service Uber Eats

I had a bad experience with one of the bike drivers who was suppose to deliver my food. On arrival and after confirming that the delivery is for me although it was ordered by someone else. He cancelled my order in front of me and took it back with him. When I called the food outlet they said he did that so that he can eat it because he cannot bring it back to the store.
