BAD SERVICE UBER EATS

Promotional specials does not work. Reported it 3 weeks ago immediately after not receiving the complete order. It was reported and to date they have only rep**** to my complaint as “its been investigated a few times.” As a consumer the service has been disappointing for which I feel ignored and still remains unresolved.
