BAD SERVICE UBER EATS

Good day I would to say im really disappointed with the service I received from UBEREATS, They charged me for the food I did not order then I did communicate with them then they advised they will refund me within 10 working days. Its been a month now and I have been waiting for my money, I tried reaching out to them and they keep on telling me stories. I regret creating an account with them and giving them my banking details, I am so disappointed in them. If you have an account with them, just know that your money is not safe.
