Bad service $ ****

I ordered 9 pieces of chicken at kfc Atterbury via uber eats on the 24 September 2022 and got a message that the ordered was canceled without the driver even calling me. The order that I made was for a cash payment but to my amazement money was deducted from my bank account on the 2nd October 2022. Now I contacted Uber eats for a refund they say they are not going to pay me back my R165 I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible and my money to be refunded as I cannot pay money whereas i didn't get the food and never contacted. What kind of a service is that. I even gave them an alternative number to contact me on but they decided not to call.
