Bad service refund me

I'm am horrified by my experience with UberEats and because of that I don't think I would use the app again for my food delivery. On a Friday evening decided to order food through the app . When I saw my order was picked up from the restaurant I got excited if only I knew what was coming next . I got a notification saying my driver has arrived to go outside and find no one . I alerted my driver that he is at the wrong location via message for him to say he is not going anywhere I must walk to him because he has another delivery. Long story short I did not get my food and I also did not get a refund. Apparently I was told the driver tried to contact me so it's my fault. I'm disappointed by this service especially for such a big company like UberEATS. You have failed me dismally.
