Bad service, order not delivered

Ordered food on UberEats yesterday the 29th January at lunchtime for my MD at work and the food never arrived. No one gave me a call to advise me of why the order wasn't delivered. Order showed completed and delivered when I didn't receive it. Such bad service from such a big franchise, so disappointing. Tried calling the driver (His name was Jealous) and he didn't answer. I sent a message on the app and no one came back to me with a reason of why I didn't get my order. I was put in a very tight spot with my boss and it was so unnecessary.
