Bad service- order never arrived

I was charged for food that was never delivered, and they point blank told me they can't refund me my money though coz the address was incorrect. I spoke to the driver and he said he'd deliver the food they after that he was suddenly unreasonable. The order was for the 09/07/2022 for the amount of R217.95
