Bad service once again

Ordered a custard surprise sundae from milkylane as surprise for my boyfriend at work. Took an hour and a half to deliver ( it said driver had some stops along the way on the app). It's 30 degrees. Driver couldn't find the place and when the or was actually delivered it was melted and there was no heart cookie because it sank into the sundae which made it soggy. My boyfriend messaged me saying thanks but what is it because the whole thing was just melted and I paid R113 for that ****. Order with tip and delivery.
