Bad service I even deleted the app

We ordered from McDonald’s through uberEats,our order didn’t arrive but yet on app its says delivered.we had to drive to McDonald’s and enquire but they didn’t help us with anything all they did was to laugh and say the driver is going to eat them😡😡😡
