Bad Service from UberEats and de***** their clients

Good day i need assistance i placed an order yesterday evening for Krispy Kreme's Pavilion on the UberEats App order number #44489 . The order was accepted by the store my monies deducted from my account . But later received a message stating order has been cancelled yet my monies was not refunded . This is now the second time this has happened to me previous order was #28073 Africaz Express Pinetown .And was also not refund . This is real bad service and there is no direct contact number for them even on the app there is no option to contact or query . I have contacted my bank and they advised that if the money is still deducted they will report Uber eats to their ***** department . As this is ***** as they take the money and do not give you what you payed for .
