Bad Service from UberEats

I placed an order on UberEats at 20:02 today, when the delivery guy eventually picked up the order he stayed in the same place until now and the time now is 22:18. I logged tickets on the Uber app under their help function but it was not very helpful. It has been over two hours since I placed the order and still I have not received my order with no refund either.
