Bad service from Uber eats and McDonald

I ordered around 07.17 even now I haven't received breakfast. this is so disappointing. The app kept on saying 6 Min away. I'm sure flooded places got dry. Someone tell me when I'll get my refund. I want it like yesterday.. lack of communication I don't know if I'm a sangoma to guess what happened.
