Bad service from Uber Eats.

I ordered a meal on uber eats from Mcdonalds when I received the meal, I opened the package infront of the delivery guy and I realized there is one meal short, we had 3 drinks but only 2 meals. I asked the delivery guy about this and his exact words were 'I dont do the packaging'. I tried contacting the restaurant but no answer, I sent a complaint through Uber eats but have not received any feedback. This is very bad service and also not the first time something like this happened, the previous time I ordered from another restaurant, the wings were missing. They refunded me half of the price but I decided to just leave it.
