Bad service from Uber Eats

I ordered food from Spur The Grove in Pretorial through Uber eats. The delivery guy went to the wrong complex. I communicated with him via the app telling him that he is at the wrong location and still he decided to leave the order at the wrong location. I called Spur and they gave me Uber Eats number. I called Uber Eats and they told me to log the matter through the app and someone will contact me. I did that and still no one contacted me. This is the worst service I received and will never trust Uber Eats again. They don't even have a customer support call center number to resolve client quiries.
