Bad service from Uber Eats

I am not happy with Uber Eats. My Wife bought food via Uber Eats two weeks ago (24/11/2020). But the motor bike driver didn't come to our adress as stated. When he called my Wife to find out where we are, he was very rude to her. I went out to collect tgr the order but i didn't see him as he was not at our entrance(where all online orders are always collected) He apparently went back with our order that we had to go to the outlet to buy from there. My Wife wrote an email same day complaining about the service and she got reply from Uber Eats that she will get her refund, till today there is nothing and no word from Uber Eats. Very much disappointed with the way Uber Eats treats its clients. If they can't be professional,they must just close shop than play with people.
