Bad service from Uber eats

I bought food through Uber eat. Uber eats driver Blessing motibike plate JZ88LVGP left the food on the road at the gate at Hennie Alberts street in Brackendowns. I never found my food. Why do we get pin nu.bers if they leave food on the floor as if its a gogs food? They are undermining. There is no dilevery company that leave your property on the floor and go. I did not receive my food
