Bad service from Uber eats

The driver left the food at a wrong address. And she took the food and put them on the floor took a picture of the food then she sent a message to say she left the food outside. Food was not found outside because of course the wall on the picture was not my place. When i asked for refund they tell me they refunded R100 and my order was R221. Even today i still haven't received the R100 they said they sent. Bad service no contact details for complaints
