Bad Service

I placed a order today, 02 September on Uber eats

The driver updated my my delivery status to delivered but never delivered the food.

We then called the driver (Gabriel) he then said he waited for 20 minutes but no one came out, that is wrong as my kids was playing in the yard and they never saw any one, as the food was for them they were on the lookout for him.

He further went on to say he did not have airtime to call me to say he is outside, he said we need to contact the store for our food as he will not eat it, we asked if he can come back, but he said no its to dangerous and then dropped the call.

I spoke to the store and they not able to help as the order was placed through uber eats and they food was never returned to store.

My kids is now left with out supper, and not getting no help from Uber,
