Bad service

Uber has refused to give me a refund for an order I placed on the 20th of September 2022 at after the driver went to the adress. The order showed that it was delivered on the app even though I did not receive it. When I tried to call them, the very same day and notify them that I did not receive my order there was an error saying that I'm not able to make the call because I'm not calling from a registered number, even though that was my number. I want my money back. I will not pay for food that I did not eat.
