bad service

Why am i expected to pay for something that wasnt delivered? why dont you have drivers with working cars? why is it ok for your drivers to call customers *****?

I placed the order and an hour later it hadnt left and the driver said his car wont start.....then he said i **** about the order already taking an hour.

mcdonalds takes less than 10 min to make a meal and i live 15mins from them.....
