Bad service extra charge

ordered food with the Uber Eats app on the 4th November 2023. Then my network went down due to loadshading. Before I could even finish the process I was charged, R244. 90 The app didn't allow me to continue with my order. But I was already charged. Then instead of processing my order the app gave me an option to order then pay later. Which was confusing because I was already charged. Now I can't even use the app as it says I'm owing, meanwhile I'm not owing anything as Ubereats still owes me. The money that they owe me, should settle the bill that they say I'm owing.
