Bad service delivery..#no delivery

I am disgusted at service. It is 1.5 hrs later and no food. I contact comics and they tell me that a driver came and picked up food then disappeared with it. At 1st I saw one driver and thought food is on way....then that driver disappears from my app. A new driver appears and goes to restaurant only to find out that someone else picked up food. Now I'm left with no food plus I used a R50 voucher. Absolutely pathetic and really disappointed. Order no 16017. My cell is 0.7.3.8.0.8.8.7.8.2
