Bad service delivery

what a disgrace uber eats i placed my order with kfc Marlboro and i didn't receiver it. I didn't get any refund or anything g and this is the second incident. The forst one my food arrived cold and smashed. You employing people who are not responsible is very tiring and uncalled for. Please do something about that. Thank You
