Bad Service

I Placed an order then I realised the address was wrong and I cancelled immediately they told me I will recieve my refund within 3 days I waited patiently for 5 days then now they are telling me that they can't refund me because I reported 2 days later I sent prove to show that I reported same day they changed their story saying the order was already made in the shop they added by saying they won't answer to father more messages from me
