Bad service

I ordered from Andicccio24 Norwood. I paid via my card and while I was still waiting for my order to be prepared, I was getting messages from different drivers and then it will request for another driver. The driver by the name of Blessing was supposed to deliver my order and I went to wait downstairs for him. According to the app my order was delivered but I didn't receive the order. I contacted your support and tried to call him a couple of times and he didn't pick up. I contacted your support again and I was told my order is not eligible for a refund. The driver delivered my order to a wrong person without requesting for a pin. I'm disgusted by your service and what's the point of having a pin if they going to deliver to just anyone they see on the streets
