Bad service

I ordered on Uber eats from Mc Donalds goodwood that was at 9:30 say about 30min later the app shows the driver is on his way I check the driver stands still on one spot for more than 2 hours I called more than 20times no answer I sent messages no answer I call mc donalds Goodwood no answer I speak to 2 agents instead of solving the problem they cancel my order after waisting my time for 2 hours they tell me I'm getting my money back I don't care about the money I was waiting for my food my time was waisted and then they still have the audacity to ignore me
