Bad service by Uber eats and Health Wrap Inc

I have had two instances where my food is not delivered, i log a complaint and when i want to make contact via telephone, there is nobody available!!! and these order are linked to Health Wrap Inc who themselves also do not have contact details email or telephone number. I am mad as hell !!!
