Bad service by uber eats and chicken licken

I ordered a meal from chicken licken at midway mews via uber eats for collection on Friday the 2nd of october . I waited outside the chicken licken in the cold for almost 3 hours. My order never got ready. The lady that was handing out orders did not even bother to check why. Eventually after complaining after the 2 hours. She checked and said my order is not on the system. Then asked for my name. She even insunuated that maybe I chose another restaurant. Eventually she found my order on the system 15minutes before they closed (20h45)...i place my order around 18h30. On the uber eats app it kept saying your order will be ready on. (everytime it will say that time I check on)... Eventually on the app it said my order was delivered, but not to my address and I had ordered for collection. There was no remorse whatsoever from the chicken licken lady. And uber eats number was engaged all the time
