Bad Service

I ordered 3 menu items (1/4 chicken, chips and a garlic roll) from Barcelos through your service (Uber Eats). I did not get my 2 rolls. Wrote you you regarding that and got an option for a refund, but you continued to deduct a further R148 rands off my account???? What the hell??
