Bad service and possible ****

I have ordered food and the time of arrival was 10minutes,( I even noted it priority) but need I tell you that an hour later the driver hasn’t arrived and the worse thing is that when we track it it shows the driver going an opposite direction. We can call for help, every time we do it doesn’t go through. And what surprises me the most is there’s bad reviews on true caller about the driver (which I saw after ordering) yet Ubereats still uses him. The name of the driver is collen with reg : MD94VZ Gp
