Bad Service and Legal Matter

I have been having issues with Uber eats for yeas now. With their *****ulent drivers. I have raised several issues and was never refunded when the drivers don't deliver my orders.

Yesterday I expirienced an issue where the driver refused to come to my door to drop of the order. He insisted that my kids who ate 7 and 4 walk to the security gate to meet him there, which is quite a distance from our house. He was rude and unprofessional that he left with the food and never communicated dispute me raising the issue with Uber eats help and making effort to contact him.

This is not the first time it has happened and in all instances I have not been refunded.

I am now working on opening a legal case against Uber eats and the specific drivers who have also used *****ulent documents to access the building and estate without my knowledge or granting of access.
