Bad service and harassment by Uber eats driver

I was harassed by a Uber eat driver(Eddy - the order no was 29F50) Monday(29/10/19 at 19:49) night, he first accused me of steeling his phone, when he found the phone he now wants me to pay for the repairs of the phone.

This guy is taking chances because he had issues with the phone, now he tried to get me to buy him a new one. He wanted us to sort it our on the side. I am not willing to pay for something I have nothing to do with.

I also reported the issue to Uber eats and they have not yet responded.
