Bad service

I'm highly disappointed in the service I received from Uber eats. I placed an order and up until today I never received my food and my money was deducted. The driver message me over uber asking which house I tried calling the driver to explain which house no answer. I message him gave him clear instructions where my house is. I get no reply from him after 2 min I received a notification my food was delivered. I'm very confused because I'm standing outside and waiting for the food. I went on the uber app and there is a picture the driver took he dropped the food in the middle of the road which I don't know where. I was so angry i contacted customer service as i never received my food and my money was deducted. They reply to me was they can do nothing as the driver said he deliver the food. My question was how did he deliver the food as in the picture he left the food in the road where I don't know where that is i paid for that food and its my money. I will never ever make use of they service again.
